ADAA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.
9. Service Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the contractual relationship under the terms specified in the service contract. In case of termination, the client is obligated to pay any dues for services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Amendments
ADAA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes through our website or direct communication.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi Emirate.
